Situated in the heart of town, Roti Bakar Homestay is the perfect home for a getaway. Located in Abu Siti Lane, the room is a perfect blend of old and new. Consisting of a king size bed in the middle of the room, it comes with a private spacious bathroom as well as a small sitting area separated by a ceiling to floor multi-purpose cabinet from the bed. Luxury amenities such as mini fridge, flat screen, pay per view cable, air-conditioner,hot shower, free wifi as well as parking are provided for free throughout the length of your stay. An extra bed is available upon request. As part of the Go Green effort, the room is entirely decorated with biodegradable furniture.

For starters, the room is surrounded by all public amenities within short walking distance, which is listed out as a guide by the owner, colour coded and mapped out for easy reference. It is very convenient. There is file of homemade pamplets as well as tourguide brochures collected from all over town. It also has flyers informing guest of events that are happening in town!! Should you decide to visit or attend the events, helpful informations such as bus fare and its operating hours from Roti Bakar to the popular locations all over the island, tourguide services and tours&travel agent office numbers are provided so guests can arrange their own plans. Taxi fares are estimated for these routes as well so that guests will have an idea how much to bargain for. Process in design is not coming up with an entirely new idea, but reinventing an old idea in a more effective way. Roti Bakar idea is created from a palet structure. Designer plays the space with colors, timbers and reuse some of the antique furniture from client's home. The combination of contemporary idea with antique loose furniture; created the room has it's own identity and spacious. Touching on the originality of the design, designer maintains that certain interior aspects, such as the turqoise blue walls & antique window structure, emerged as intuitive rather than planned choices. Windows & roof give way to natural light and view the outdoor gardens.
